In Jammu and Kashmir, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Army’s White Knight Corps Leuitenent General P K Mishra reviewed the security situation in border district Poonch yesterday, underlining the Army’s commitment to operational dominance and integrated threat response to counter the nefarious designs of hostile elements.

Our correspondent reports that General Mishra was accompanied by GOC, Ace of Spades Division, also known as 25 Infantry Division, Major General Kaushik Mukherjee. He was briefed on the current security situation, threat assessment and operational posture of his forces. The Corps Commander interacted with troops, commended their high morale and operational readiness in the face of evolving threats.
