The Foundation Day of several States and Union Territories including Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Puducherry, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Chandigarh, Jammu Kashmir, and Ladakh was celebrated at the Raj Nivas in Puducherry today.

 

Lieutenant Governor K. Kailashnathan participated in the function as the Chief Guest. The event featured cultural performances depicting the art and traditions of various States and Union Territories. Members of different State communities took part in the celebration.
