Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today introduced Finance (No-2)  Bill,2024 in the Lok Sabha. After the presentation of Union Budget 2024-25, Ms Sitharaman introduced the Bill in the House.  The Finance Minister also presented a statement of estimated receipts and expenditure of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for the year 2024-25.

 

Later,   Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla adjourned the House for the day.

 

When the Rajya Sabha met for the proceedings, the Finance Minister also tabled a copy of Union Budget 2024-25 in the House. She also presented a statement of estimated receipts and expenditure of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

 

Later, the Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhnakhar adjourned the House for the day.
