The first Coordination Committee meeting of the Textile Research Association (TRA) is being held in New Delhi today. Talking to media ahead of meeting, Union Textiles Minister Giriraj Singh said the meeting is being attended by nine institutes that work for textile research. He added that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, high priority is being given to technology. The Minister also underlined the the need for research while prioritising on technology.
