The Special Investigating Team of the Kerala Police has made the first arrest in the Sabarimala gold plate theft case in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The SIT today arrested the prime accused, Unnikrishnan Potty, after interrogation. The SIT is probing the gold plate theft case at the direction of the Kerala High Court. The accused will be produced before the court this afternoon.
