In Maharashtra, a fire broke out today in construction material stored near the premises of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) in Mumbai. Officials said no injuries have been reported.
The blaze occurred at a worksite of the Railway Land Development Authority near the Kalyan end of platform number 18. The site is part of the ongoing CSMT World-Class Station redevelopment project. Officials said cooling operations are currently underway to prevent any further flare-up.
