Electronics & IT Ministry issues advisory on revised access and security for India AI Impact Summit 2026

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has issued a general advisory for tomorrow in view of the India AI Impact Summit 2026 being held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The advisory outlines revised access arrangements and security protocols for registered delegates. According to the advisory, entry will be permitted through Gate Number 4 for drop off by cabs and Gate Number 10 for delegates arriving by metro from 9:15 AM onwards. For the exhibitors, the gates will be open at 8 AM.

The Ministry also said that media centre will not be operational tomorrow. It added that designated golf carts will be available for intra venue movement and shuttle services will operate between Gates 4 and 10 for outside campus. All the delegates are required to display a valid QR Code and Government ID at the entry point. The advisory stated that the food courts will be open for all the delegates.

Limited self-drive parking facilities will be available at Purana Qila Parking, Zoo Parking Space, and JLN Stadium Parking. All registered delegates, including invitees, speakers and attendees, have been requested to adhere strictly to the revised access protocol and cooperate with security and traffic personnel to ensure the smooth conduct of the summit.
