In West Bengal, the Election Commission is scheduled to hold a meeting today with all District Election Officers, Police Commissioners, and Superintendents of Police to review preparations for the upcoming Assembly elections.

Chaired by Senior Deputy Election Commissioner Manish Garg, the meeting will be conducted via video conferencing starting at 4:00 PM.

Senior Deputy Election Commissioners Gyanesh Bharti and Pawan Kumar Sharma, along with the State’s Chief Electoral Officer Manoj Kumar Agarwal, will also be present.

According to Commission sources, the review will be followed by a training session for the participating administrative and police officials.
