The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is preparing to move to the Supreme Court after failing to get urgent relief from the Calcutta High Court regarding the obstruction made by Chief Minister of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee during a search operation at the I-PAC’s office and residence.

Meanwhile, according to the lawyers, the state government has already filed an online caveat in the Supreme Court. Sources indicate that the ED may file the case today.
