Enforcement Directorate has provisionally attached assets worth over 219 crore rupees as part of the ongoing probe in illegal broadcasting of Cricket, IPL matches and various online betting activities.

It has attached assets in the forms of Demat Account holdings, lands, flats and commercial warehouses located in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Daman and Mumbai.

ED initiated an investigation on the basis of FIR registered by Nodal Cyber Police, Mumbai against Fairplay Sports LLC and others on the complaint of Viacom18 Media Private Limited for causinga  loss of revenue of more than one hundred crore rupees.
