The Election Commission, modifying its earlier order, has appointed Merlin Joseph, an SP rank officer, as the Police Commissioner at Kozhikode in Keralam. Shri Narayanan, who was earlier transferred as the Police Commissioner at Kozhikode, will continue as DIG at Thrissur.
