The Ministry of Earth Sciences has conducted 54 impactful cleanliness campaigns and has weeded out 192 files after a thorough review of more than 500 files and records under the Special Campaign for Disposal of Pending Matters (SCDPM) 5.0. The nationwide campaign, led by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, was launched on the second of this month.
Under the campaign, the Earth Sciences Ministry has executed proper disposal of scrap, including e-waste and generated a revenue of more than 33 lakhs rupees. It has also freed about 8 thousand 750 square feet of space.
