External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar today met Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in New Delhi. In a social media post, Dr Jaishankar said they discussed Act East and BIMSTEC policies and how Assam can contribute to the Neighborhood First approach.
