External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has extended greetings to EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas on Europe Day today. In a social media post, Dr Jaishankar said that the country values the steady expansion of its Strategic Partnership with EU.
