External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar has congratulated the acting Foreign Minister of Vietnam, Le Hoai Trung, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day. In a social media post, the Minister said that the strategic partnership between India and Vietnam is growing steadily from strength to strength.
