The Department of Health Research (DHR) will participate in Special Swachhata Campaign 5.0 from the 2nd of next month to promote cleanliness and reduce pendency. During the campaign, dedicated efforts will be made to achieve the targets identified during the preparatory phase and to ensure saturation of cleanliness in all the offices related to the department.

In a statement, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said that instructions have already been issued for e-waste disposal, office cleanliness, and record management. It further said that the campaign will be implemented across the Department of Health Research, the Indian Council of Medical Research headquarters, and its 27 institutes nationwide.
