The India Meteorological Department has forecast cold Day conditions in Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Punjab, Haryana, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh today. It said dense to very dense fog conditions during night and morning hours are expected in Eastern Uttar Pradesh till tomorrow. Dense fog conditions are expected in Punjab, Haryana, Western Uttar Pradesh and northern Madhya Pradesh till today and in Bihar, Jharkhand and interior Odisha till Wednesday.  

 

Meanwhile, the air quality in Delhi-NCR continues to remain in the Very Poor category. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, the average Air Quality Index (AQI) of the National Capital was recorded at 366 as of 8 AM today.
