The India Meteorological Department has forecast dense fog over Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, West Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya today. It said that isolated to scattered rainfall or snowfall is also expected over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand till tomorrow.
