Delhi continued to reel under intense heatwave conditions, with day temperatures rising to around 43 degree Celsius today. The maximum temperature in the national capital was recorded at 43.3 degree Celsius, which is 3.1 degree above normal, while the minimum temperature settled at 29.3 degree Celsius, 2.6 degree above normal.
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast no respite from heatwave conditions in the coming days as the city is expected to experience the similar weather conditions for the next six days. For tomorrow, the maximum temperature in Delhi is expected to be around 45 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is likely to hover near 27 degrees Celsius.
