Delhi Police has implemented multi-layered security arrangements across the city in view of the festival of Eid tomorrow. In a statement, Delhi Police urged the citizens to act responsibly and refrain from sharing rumours, unverified content, or misleading information on social media. The Delhi Police said that it enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any attempt to disturb public peace and communal harmony. It added that firm legal action will be taken against violators and misinformation mongers, wherever such instances are found.
