The Delhi Government today inaugurated the Global Wildlife Fair at the national capital. Addressing the event, Culture and Tourism Minister of Delhi, Kapil Mishra, said that the event will unlock the city’s potential for wildlife and eco-tourism. He highlighted that tourism in Delhi has mostly been focused on historical and archaeological sites, but this step will help explore the capital’s rich biodiversity.
The three-day Global Wildlife Fair is being hosted in New Delhi till the 12th of this month, bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders for promoting wildlife conservation and eco-tourism.
