Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh called on his Maldivian Defence Minister Mohamed Ghassan Maumoon in Male, Maldives today.

 

 

In a social media post, Mr Singh said that in the meeting, the two sides explored new avenues to further strengthen the existing bilateral defence cooperation between India and Maldives.

 

 

He also reiterated India’s commitment to shared peace, stability and security in the Indian Ocean Region.
