Defence Minister Rajnath Singh reviewed the situation at cloudburst-affected Chishoti village in Jammu via video conferencing. In a social media post on Sunday, the Defence Minister lauded the work being done by the State administration, Army, NDRF, SDRF, and Jammu and Kashmir Police during the crisis situation. He highlighted that the Central Government is leaving no stone unturned in providing relief and rehabilitation to those who have been affected by this tragic incident.

Mr Singh also clarified that he could not go to the cloud-burst-affected areas of Kishtwar today due to inclement weather.
