The last date for registration and online submission of nominations for the Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration 2024 has been extended to the 21st of this month. The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions in a statement said that the nomination and registration dates were extended considering the requirement of data to be uploaded by the applicants and the requests received from various organisations.

The Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration are conferred to districts and organisations of the Central and State Governments to acknowledge the extraordinary and innovative work done by them. The registration and submission of nominations under the Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration, 2024, commenced on 20th January. The nominations were invited in the categories including Holistic Development of Districts under 11 priority sector programs, the Aspirational Blocks Programme, and Innovations for Central Ministries and Departments, States, and Districts.
