Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has urged the voters of West Bengal to step out and participate in large numbers in the first phase of the state assembly polls today. In a social media post, Mr Kharge said that a vote is the voice of a voter and it must be resoundingly heard. He asked the voters of the state to follow the path shown by the Constitution and uphold the spirit of Democracy.
