Minister of State for Communications Dr. Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani today said that competence builds credibility in public service. The Minister said this while addressing the Valedictory Function of the Special Foundation Course 2025 at the National Communications Academy – Finance in New Delhi. Dr Pemmasani urged Officer Trainees to stay true to dharma as it enables them to firmly reject corruption and ultimately prevail. Highlighting the value of teamwork, the Minister said that officers must collaborate with each other as public institutions thrive on resilient systems. The Special Foundation Course is in collaboration with Lal Bahadur Shastri Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, for 176 Officer Trainees (OTs) from 15 All India and Central Civil Services selected through the UPSC Civil Services Exam, 2024. The course began on the 15th of September.
