Coal Public Sector Undertakings under the Coal Ministry today announced a Performance Linked Reward of one lakh three thousand rupees to its non-executive workers. According to the Ministry, the PLR will benefit more than two lakh non-executive cadre employees across Coal India Limited, its subsidiaries and Singareni Collieries Company Limited. 

The Ministry also informed that the amount will be credited on a pro-rata basis, depending on attendance. It further stated that the PLR aims to recognise the contribution of non-executive workers across all CIL subsidiaries and SCCL, providing them relief during the festive season.
