He noted that the decision provides clarity on the status of Amaravati, affirming it as the sole capital of the state. The Chief Minister expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his continued support toward Amaravati, highlighting key moments, including the foundation stone laying in 2015 and renewed backing in 2025. He also acknowledged the role of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and the central government in facilitating the bill’s passage.
