CM Fadnavis, Dy CM Pawar, DGP Shukla Pay Tributes at Police Martyrs’ Memorial on 17th anniversary of 26/11 Mumbai attack

 
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, DGP Rashmi Shukla and Commissioner Deven Bharti paid tributes and placed wreaths at the Police Martyrs’ Memorial in the premises of the Mumbai Police Commissionerate on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of the martyrdom of police officers and jawans during the 26th November Mumbai terrorist attack.
 
 
A Police platoon presented the Salami Shastra and played the Bigulars’ Last Post even as all dignitaries, uniformed officers and family members of martyrs saluted the police martyrs. The Chief Minister later met the family members of the police martyrs present on the occasion.
 
 
French Ambassador to India, Shri Thierry Mathou paid tribute to the victims on the 17th anniversary of the 26/11 terror attack. He reaffirmed the unequivocal condemnation of terrorism and said that France stands together with India in combating this scourge. 
 
 
The National Security Guard (NSG) official told to Aakashvani  that, the NSG will organise an event at the Gate Way of India today evening to mark  the 17th anniversary of the 26/11 terror attack on Mumbai and reaffirm the resolve to prevent such incidents from recurring.
