Union Minister of Civil Aviation Ram Mohan Naidu today called on Maldivian President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu in Malé. During the meeting, the Minister reaffirmed India’s commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation and advancing initiatives that yield mutually beneficial outcomes for both nations.
He underscored the shared commitment of India and the Maldives to strengthening regional connectivity, ensuring the timely completion of development projects, and fostering greater cooperation for mutual growth.
Mr Naidu also conveyed his wishes to Dr. Muizzu on the inauguration of Hanimaadhoo International Airport, noting that the airport stands as a testament to the friendship and warmth between India and the Maldives. He further added that the airport is a flag-bearer for the many joint projects being undertaken by the two countries.
