Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the loss of lives in the mishap at a power plant in Sakti district of Chhattisgarh. In a social media post, Mr Modi announced an ex-gratia of two lakh rupees from Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund to the next of the kin of each deceased and fifty thousand rupees to the injured. He also wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.
