In Chhattisgarh, cooking gas will be supplied to households through pipeline in urban areas. The decision was taken at a meeting of the State Council of Ministers held in Nava Raipur today, under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai.
Briefing reporters after the meeting, Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao said that the Cabinet has approved the “Chhattisgarh Urban Gas Distribution Policy”. Under this policy, the availability of clean and affordable natural gas will be ensured across the state, providing a more economical alternative to LPG for consumers.
