The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting today announced that the National Award-winning film, Chalo Jeete Hain, is set to re-release nationwide from tomorrow till 2nd October. In a statement, the Ministry said that the film is a cinematic tribute to Swami Vivekananda’s philosophy and ideas.
It added that the film will be screened in nearly 500 cinema halls nationwide and in schools. The Ministry further informed that post screening of the film, ‘Silent Heroes’ of schools and society, like watchmen, cleaning staff, drivers, and peons, will be honoured and felicitated in a ceremony.
Chalo Jeete Hain film is based on the story of young Naru, who is deeply influenced by Vivekananda’s philosophy and strives to make a difference in his small world. The film spreads the message of selflessness and service in an impactful manner.
