The government today sent relief material for rain and landslide-hit Siliguri in West Bengal. Talking to the media in New Delhi, Minister of State for Development of the Northeastern Region, Dr. Sukanta Majumdar, said that the central government and BJP have been actively engaged in relief work in the affected areas. He said the relief material includes two thousand 500 polythene sheets for flood-affected homes.
