The Centre for Joint Warfare Studies will inaugurate the first Annual Trident Lecture Series in New Delhi today to mark its Foundation Day. Chief of Defence Staff, General Anil Chauhan, will deliver the inaugural lecture. The theme of the lecture will be ‘Dominating the Future Battlespace’.
In a statement, the Ministry of Defence informed that the major highlight of the event will be the release of the ‘General Bipin Rawat Paper’ on ‘Manned-Unmanned Teaming’, paying tribute to India’s first CDS. It added that the programme will also feature addresses by senior military leadership on various topics, including imbibing Indian heritage statecraft in future warfighting and urgency in tri-services reforms.
