The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has successfully coordinated the return of wanted fugitive Aman from the US to India in collaboration with the External Affairs Ministry and the Home Ministry. CBI said that Aman was taken into custody by a team of Haryana Police at Delhi Airport.

Aman alias Aman Bhainswal is wanted by Haryana Police in serious criminal offences related to murder, rioting and criminal conspiracy. He is a notorious criminal and a key member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. He was earlier arrested in India and was later granted bail. However, Aman did not face trial and absconded. CBI got the Red Notice published at the request of Haryana Police through INTERPOL.
