In the Indian bullion market, 24 Carat Gold was trading at 1 lakh 49 thousand 400 rupees per 10 grams, while Silver was trading at 2 lakh 36 thousand 710 rupees per kilogram, a short while ago.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold for June contract was trading over 0.6 per cent down at 1,49,072 per 10 grams, and Silver for May contract was trading over 0.6 per cent lower at 2,35,800 rupees per kilogram, when reports last came in.
