Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a two-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir starting today. He will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate 84 major developmental projects valued at more than One Thousand Five Hundred crore rupees in the Union Territory. Mr. Modi will participate in the “Empowering Youth, Transforming J&K” event in Srinagar today. The Prime Minister will also distribute appointment letters to more than 2,000 individuals appointed to government service. He will also launch the Competitiveness Improvement in Agriculture and Allied Sectors Project, worth One Thousand Eight Hundred crore rupees.
Tomorrow, PM Modi will lead the tenth International Yoga Day celebrations in Srinagar by participating in a yoga session and addressing the gathering.

केंन्द सरकार ने 14 फसलों के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य बढ़ाने, महाराष्ट्र का वधावन बंदरगाह विकसित करने और गुजरात तथा तमिलनाडु में समुद्र तट के पास पहला पवन टर्मिनल विकसित करने का निर्णय लिया है। सरकार ने वाराणसी हवाई अड्डे के विकास और राष्ट्रीय न्यायालयिक विज्ञान अवसंरचना वृद्धि योजना को भी मंजूरी दी है।
केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल की कल नई दिल्ली में हुई बैठक के बाद मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने कहा कि सरकार ने बैठक में पांच बड़े फैसले लिये हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कैबिनेट ने 14 फसलों पर विपणन सत्र 2024-25 के लिए खरीफ फसलों के न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य -एमएसपी को मंजूरी दी है। श्री वैष्णव ने कहा कि धान, कपास, बाजरा, दलहन और तिलहन के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि होने से किसानों को लाभ होगा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि सरकार देशभर में दो लाख गोदाम बनाने पर काम कर रही है।
श्री वैष्णव ने बताया कि केंद्र सरकार ने महाराष्ट्र के वधावन में सभी मौसम के लिए उपयुक्त नया बंदरगाह विकसित करने का निर्णय लिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस बंदरगाह को बनाने में 76 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत आयेगी और यह दुनिया के शीर्ष 10 बंदरगाहों में से एक होगा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि इस बंदरगाह का विकास दो चरणों में किया जाएगा और इसकी मालवाहन प्रबंधन क्षमता दो करोड़ तीस लाख टन होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह बंदरगाह आने वाले वर्षों में लगभग 12 लाख लोगों को रोजगार देगा।
श्री वैष्णव ने कहा कि सरकार देश में नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है और इस दिशा में सरकार ने पहले तटीय पवन टर्मिनल विकसित करने का फैसला लिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि गुजरात और तमिलनाडु में 500-500 मेगावाट क्षमता की दो परियोजनाओं का शुभारंभ किया जाएगा।
श्री वैष्णव ने बताया कि बैठक में दो हजार 869 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से वाराणसी के लाल बहादुर शास्त्री अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे के विकास को भी मंजूरी दी गई। उन्होंने कहा कि पर्यावरणीय स्थिरता सुनिश्चित करते हुए हवाई अड्डे को हरित हवाई अड्डे के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा। एक अन्य निर्णय की जानकारी देते हुए श्री वैष्णव ने बताया कि मंत्रिमंडल ने राष्ट्रीय फोरेंसिक बुनियादी ढांचा संवर्धन योजना को स्वीकृति दी है जिसके तहत देश भर में राष्ट्रीय न्यायालयिक विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय और केंद्रीय न्यायालयिक विज्ञान प्रयोगशालाओं के ऑफ कैंपस की स्थापना की जाएगी।

UGC-NET June 2024 Examination has been cancelled by the government. A fresh examination will be conducted later for which the information will be shared separately.
The examination has been cancelled after the inputs from Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre indicated that the integrity of the examination may have been compromised. The matter is being handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation for thorough investigation in the matter.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the UGC-NET June 2024 Examination on Tuesday in two shifts across different cities of the country. Yesterday, the University Grants Commission (UGC) received certain inputs from National Cyber Crime Threat Analytics Unit of Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) under the Ministry of Home Affairs on the Examination.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने बैंकिंग क्षेत्र में बदलाव लाने के लिए सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों की भूमिका की सराहना की है। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म MyGovIndia पोस्ट में सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों के लाभ अर्जन दर्शाए जाने पर इसकी प्रशंसा की। आंकड़ों के अनुसार भारतीय स्टेट बैंक का 2013-14 में दस हजार 800 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का लाभ बढ़कर 2023-24 में 61 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक हो गया है। बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा का मुनाफा एक दशक पहले के चार हजार पांच सौ करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 2023-24 में 17 हजार करोड़ रुपये से अधिक हो गया है। सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के अन्य बैंकों ने भी पिछले दस वर्षों में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि दर्ज की है।
इसके अलावा पिछले साल निफ्टी पीएसयू बैंक सूचकांक में 82 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोत्तरी हुई। उसने मुंबई शेयर बाजार संवेदी सूचकांक के 21 फीसदी और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज-फिफ्टी के 25 फीसदी की वृद्धि की तुलना में बेहतर प्रदर्शन किया है।

भारतीय कंप्यूटर आपात प्रतिक्रिया दल-सीईआरटी-इन और मास्टरकार्ड इंडिया ने देश में वित्तीय क्षेत्र की साइबर-अनुकूलन क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए साइबर सुरक्षा सहयोग समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय ने कहा कि वित्तीय क्षेत्र की साइबर सुरक्षा मजबूत करने में दोनों संस्थाएं साझा विशेषज्ञता का इस्तेमाल करेंगी।
वित्तीय क्षेत्र के संगठनों की साइबर सुरक्षा बढ़ाने में वे साइबर क्षमता वर्धन, नवीनतम प्रचलन और सर्वोत्तम प्रणाली के लिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम और कार्यशालाएं आयोजित करेंगे। दोनों संस्थाएं भारत के वित्तीय क्षेत्र की सूचना सुरक्षा सुदृढ़ करने के लिए मौजूदा साइबर खतरे से बचाव तथा तकनीकी जानकारी और आसन्न खतरे की खुफिया जानकारी तथा गंभीर कमियों की रिपोर्ट भी साझा करेंगी।

In Tamil Nadu, 22 people died and more than 70 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals following a hooch tragedy in Kallakurichi yesterday. Those who fell ill after consuming spurious liquor have been hospitalised at various hospitals in Kallakurichi, Salem and JIPMER in Puducherry. District Collector of Kallakurichi, where the incident happened, has been transferred and ten other officials including DSP have been suspended. The bootlegger has been arrested and 200 litres of illicit liquor has been seized from him and sent for examination. Most of the affected people who consumed the illicit liquor had complained of giddiness, stomach pain and irritation in the eyes.

The 18th edition Mumbai International Film Festival (MIFF) organised special screening of films interpreted in Indian Sign Language for divyang students on the fifth day yesterday. These curated package films included episodes of “Little Krishna,” “The Crossover,” and “Jai Jagannath,” all interpreted in Indian Sign Language. Greater Chennai Corporation is in the process of identifying land to set up cow sheds. The City Mayor R.Priya said that this initiative aims to address the issue of stray cattle causing accidents and inconveniences in the city. She said that many cow owners in the city lacked adequate space for their animals and the cattle roam around freely often being the reasons for accidents on the road. The corporation first imposes a penalty of Rs. 5000 and Rs. ten thousand for subsequent offences. The Corporation has also initiated a dog census with assistance from NGO World Veterinary Services and TN Animal Welfare Board. This drive is expected to be completed in two months.

The National Sickle Cell disease elimination mission of the Central Government is being implemented in seven districts of Karnataka. Over the next two years, the mission aims to screen a total tribal population of 3,52,187 individuals aged 0-40 years in these seven districts. Priority is given to six main Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups, PVTGs namely Jenu Kurubas and Koraga followed by tribal communities such as Betta Kuruba, Beda, Yerava, Paniya, Eediga and Nayaka due to higher prevalence of sickle cell disease. Those suffering from the sickle cell disease will receive a special genetic counselling card with several benefits. The card holders receive free hydroxyurea tablets, folic acid tablets, symptomatic management, blood transfusion services and counselling services at the government hospitals.

The Supreme Court is going to conduct a special Lok Adalat from July 29 to August 3. With this, both the parties need not go to the Supreme Court in New Delhi. The Telangana State Legal Authority (TSLA) informed that the High Court identified 295 cases from the Telangana State, and notices have been issued to the concerned parties. There is a chance of compromise in these matters. The Authority further said the Supreme Court sent the list of cases to the High Court and if both parties are interested, the court will be conducting a virtual conference with them. Member Secretary of the Authority, said some of the parties have agreed to solve their cases in the Lok Adalat. He further said in the 75th year of its establishment, the Supreme Court of India is organising this Special Lok Adalat to facilitate amicable settlements of suitable pending cases.

दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने दिल्ली आबकारी नीति से संबंधित धन शोधन के मामले में दिल्ली के मुख्य मंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल और अन्य आरोपी विनोद चौहान की न्यायिक हिरासत 3 जुलाई तक बढाई। न्यायिक हिरासत की अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद दोनों को आज तिहाड जेल से विडियों कॉन्फ्रेस के माध्यम से न्यायालय में पेश किया गया था।
अरविंद केजरीवाल को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने 31 मार्च को गिरफ्तार किया था। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के मामले में मनीष सिसोदिया सहित 38 आरोपी हैं।
आईएएस अश्वनी कुमार ने आज दिल्ली नगर निगम में आयुक्त का पद ग्रहण कर लिया है। निगम ने सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से बताया कि श्री कुमार 1992 बैच के आईएएस (एजीएमयूटी) के अधिकारी हैं।

दिल्ली में भीषण गर्मी के बीच कई ईलाकों में आज भी जल संकट बरकरार रहा। राजधानी के वसंत विहार, गीता कॉलोनी, ओखला, ईस्ट पटेल नगर, नेहरू विहार, लुटियन्स दिल्ली, बवाना, नरेला, आनंद पर्वत, दिलशान गार्डन, संगम विहार, करावल नगर और पंजाबी बस्ती सहित अन्य क्षेत्रों में पानी की समस्या बनी रही। इस बीच इस मुद्दे को लेकर राजनीतिक आरोप प्रत्यारोप का दौर भी जारी है।
दिल्ली की जलमंत्री आतिशी ने आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को पत्र लिखकर हरियाणा सरकार से पानी दिलवाने का अनुरोध किया। अपने पत्र में श्रीमती आतिशी ने दावा किया कि दिल्ली को हरियाणा द्वारा केवल पांच सौ तेरह मिलियन गैलन पानी प्रतिदिन मिल रहा है जो उनकी जरूरत से सौ मिलियन गैलन प्रतिदिन पानी कम है। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके कारण राजधानी के 28 लाख लोग पानी की कमी से प्रभावित हैं। जलमंत्री आतिशी ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी से इस मुद्दें पर हस्तक्षेप करने का आग्रह किया है।
इसके अलावा उन्होंने घोषणा की कि अगर 21 जून तक दिल्ली में जरूरत के अनुसार पानी नहीं मिलता है तो वह अनिश्चितकाल तक अनशन पर बैठेंगी।
दूसरी ओर भाजपा ने आतिशी के पत्र की आलोचना करते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार अपनी जिम्मेदारियां दूसरों पर डाल रही है। दिल्ली भाजपा के अध्यक्ष वीरेन्द्र सचदेवा ने सवाल उठाया कि श्रीमती आतिशी को अपने पत्र में यह भी बताना चाहिए कि दिल्ली जल बोर्ड पिछले 10 साल में 600 करोड़ के फायदे से 73 हजार करोड़ के घाटे पर कैसे आया।
इसके अलावा, जल संकट पर ध्यान बढ़ाने के लिए भाजपा ने श्री सचदेवा के नेतृत्व में दिल्ली के सभी मंडलों में दिल्ली सरकार के विरूद्ध पदयात्रा निकाली। पदयात्रा के दौरान दिल्ली के सातों सांसदों समेत अन्य भाजपा नेताओं ने जनता से बातचीत की और मिट्टी के खाली घड़े भी फोड़ें।
वहीं, कांग्रेस ने भी जल मंत्री आतिशी की चिट्ठी की आलोचना की। दिल्ली कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष देवेन्द्र यादव ने पूछा कि अगर उन्हें यह पत्र लिखना ही था तो 15 दिन पहले क्यों नहीं लिखा। इसके अलावा उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि राजधानी में जल वितरण की योजना बेहद लचर है।
बेघर आश्रयों के कथित रूप से औचक निरीक्षण न करने पर दिल्ली के शहरी विकास मंत्री सौरभ भारद्वाज ने दिल्ली शहरी आश्रय सुधार बोर्ड- डीयूएसआईबी के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी को जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ उचित कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया। श्री भारद्वाज ने बताया कि 11 जून को उन्होंने डीयूएसआईबी को आदेश दिया था कि कम से कम 5 बेघर आश्रयों का औचक निरीक्षण करने के लिए तीन वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को नियुक्त किया जाना चाहिए था। इन अधिकारियों को आश्रय स्थलों का निरीक्षण करना था और पाई गई कमियों की निरीक्षण रिपोर्ट कल तक सौंपनी थी, जो उन्हे अब तक नहीं मिली है। इस कारण श्री भारद्वाज ने डीयूएसआईबी के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी को निर्देशों का पालन न करने वाले अधिकारियों के विरूद्ध उचित कार्यवाही करने का आदेश दिया है।

देश के विभिन्न भागों में लू की स्थिती को देखते हुए केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जे पी नड्डा ने केद्र सरकार के अस्पतालों में लू के मरीजों के इलाज के लिए की गई व्यवस्था की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार के अस्पतालों में ऐसे मरीजों के इलाज के लिए विशेष इकाई बनाने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने आदेश दिया है कि लू की मरीजों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
इस बीच राजधानी के राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल में पिछले तीन सप्ताह में लू से नौ लोगों के मरने की पुष्टि हुई है।

राजधानी में वायु गुणवत्ता के स्तर में आज भारी गिरावट आई। केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड के अनुसार आज शाम चार बजे तक वायु गुणवत्ता बहुत खराब श्रेणी में रही और वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक 306 दर्ज किया गया।
शून्य से 50 तक वायु गुणवत्ता अच्छी मानी जाती है। 51 से एक सौ तक के बीच वायु गुणवत्ता संतोषजनक, 101 से 200 के बीच सामान्य, 201 से 300 के बीच खराब तथा 301 से 400 के बीच बहुत खराब मानी जाती है।

दक्षिण मुंबई के मरीन ड्राइव पर प्रतिष्ठित क्वीन्स नेकलेस अब आगंतुकों और पर्यटकों के स्वागत के लिए तैयार है। बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम (बीएमसी) ने बुनियादी ढांचे को बढ़ाते हुए मुंबई तटीय सड़क (दक्षिण) परियोजना के हिस्से के रूप में व्यापक बहाली और विकास कार्य पूरा कर लिया है। एक आधिकारिक बयान में, निगम ने कहा कि इस परियोजना में 1.07 किमी लंबा पैदल मार्ग की मरम्मत शामिल है, जो पर्यटकों को निर्बाध पहुंच प्रदान करेगा। बीएमसी ने कहा कि बेहतर परिवहन के लिए 10.56 मीटर की चौड़ाई के साथ 1 किमी लंबा एक नया मार्ग बनाया गया है। यह सड़क प्रिंसेस स्ट्रीट फ्लाईओवर और मफतलाल क्लब सिग्नल के बीच 400 मीटर के इंटरसिटी मार्ग के साथ फैली हुई है। आधिकारिक बयान में कहा गया है कि बीएमसी आयुक्त और प्रशासक भूषण गगरानी ने आगंतुकों को सुविधाएं प्रदान करने के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला है और पैदल मार्ग को साफ रखने और आसपास के शौचालयों का नियमित रखरखाव का निर्देश दिया। पुनर्स्थापना परियोजना में अच्छी तरह से सुसज्जित आगंतुक बैठने की व्यवस्था शामिल है जो आरामदायक यात्रा की गारंटी देती है।

कोलकाता में आयोजित 18वें मुंबई इंटरनेशनल फिल्म फेस्टिवल के चौथे दिन कल सत्यजीत रे फिल्म एंड टेलीविजन इंस्टीट्यूट एसआरएफटीआई कोलकाता में 11 डॉक्यूमेंट्री दिखाई गईं। इनमें शामिल हैं अर्जुन दास की पुकार, आशुतोष कश्यप की सिबुक, इकबाल हुसैन की सबमर्ज, इन्हें राष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता श्रेणी में दिखाया गया। बुधवार को रेड कार्पेट कार्यक्रम में अभिनेता और निर्देशक अभिजीत गुहा और निर्देशक नंदिता रॉय मौजूद थे।
अब बात महानगरों के मौसम की। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार अगले 24 घंटों के दौरान दिल्ली और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में आंशिक रूप से बादल छाए रहने के साथ हल्की बारिश होने की सम्भावना है। इसके अलावा शहर के कुछ क्षेत्रों में 40 से 50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की तीव्रता से तेज हवाओं की भी संभावना है। आज का अधिकतम तापमान 42 डिग्री सेल्सियस और न्यूनतम तापमान 33 डिग्री सेल्सियस रहने का अनुमान है।
मुम्बई में आसमान साफ रहेगा। न्यूनतम तापमान 26 और अधिकतम 31 डिग्री सेल्सियस के आसपास रहने का अनुमान है।
कोलकाता में आंशिक रूप से बादल छाए रह सकते हैं। 25 और अधिकतम 34 डिग्री सेल्सियस रह सकता है।
