राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मु अफ्रीका की दो देशों की राजकीय यात्रा के पहले चरण में अंगोला पहुँच गई हैं। वे भारतीय समयानुसार कल रात 11 बजे राजधानी लुआंडा पहुँचीं। यह किसी भी भारतीय राष्ट्राध्यक्ष की अंगोला की पहली राजकीय यात्रा है। दोनों देश इस वर्ष राजनयिक संबंधों की 40वीं वर्षगांठ मना रहे हैं। इस वर्ष दोनों देशों के बीच यह दूसरी उच्च स्तरीय बैठक है। इससे पहले मई में, अंगोला के राष्ट्रपति ने भारत की यात्रा की थी।
आज राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मु लुआंडा स्थित राष्ट्रपति भवन में अंगोला के राष्ट्रपति जोआओ मैनुअल गोंजाल्विस लौरेंको के साथ द्विपक्षीय वार्ता करेंगी। इसके बाद दोनों देश आपसी हितों के मुद्दों से जुडे समझौता ज्ञापनों पर हस्ताक्षर कर सकते हैं।

राष्ट्रपति मुर्मु मंगलवार तक अंगोला में रहेंगी, जहाँ वह अंगोला की स्वतंत्रता की 50वीं वर्षगांठ समारोह में भाग लेंगी। वह अंगोला की संसद को भी संबोधित करेंगी और अंगोला में भारतीय समुदाय के साथ बातचीत करेंगी।
11 से 13 नवंबर तक, राष्ट्रपति मुर्मु अपनी यात्रा के दूसरे चरण में बोत्सवाना जाएँगी। वह बोत्सवाना के राष्ट्रपति डूमा बोको के साथ द्विपक्षीय वार्ता करेंगी। इस में व्यापार और निवेश, प्रौद्योगिकी, ऊर्जा, कृषि, स्वास्थ्य, फार्मास्यूटिकल्स, रक्षा और लोगों के बीच संबंधों जैसे क्षेत्रों में द्विपक्षीय सहयोग बढ़ाने के नए रास्ते तलाशे जाएँगे। बोत्सवाना ने प्रोजेक्ट चीता पर भारत के साथ सहयोग करने और बोत्सवाना से भारत में चीतों के संभावित स्थानांतरण के लिए अपनी तत्परता का भी संकेत दिया है।

In this phase, polling will be held on 11th November in 122 assembly constituencies spread across 20 districts. In the final phase, more than 3.7 crore voters will decide the electoral fate of 1,302 candidates, including 136 women. On the last day of campaigning today, senior campaigners, star campaigners, and top leaders from the NDA, the Mahagathbandhan, and other parties will address several public meetings and election rallies.
Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah will address public meetings in Sasaram and Arwal. BJP’s senior leader and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will address two rallies in Aurangabad and Kaimur. JD(U) President and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will hold multiple election rallies in Aurangabad, Gaya, and Kaimur. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Yogi Adityanath will participate in several public meetings in Araria, Supaul, and Madhubani districts. From the Mahagathbandhan, senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will address public meetings in Purnea and Kishanganj. RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav will address 11 public meetings in Bhabhua, Rohtas and Aurangabad. Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor, star campaigners from BSP, AIMIM, and other parties, will also take part in intense election rallies, public meetings, and roadshows on this final day of campaigning.

India and New Zealand have completed the fourth round of negotiations on Free Trade Agreement (FTA), after five days of productive discussions. The Ministry of Commerce and Industry said that the talks focused on key areas such as trade in goods and services, economic cooperation, and rules of origin. Both sides said the discussions were positive and showed their shared goal of building a strong, modern, and balanced trade partnership.
In a statement, the Ministry said that Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal and New Zealand’s Trade Minister Todd McClay welcomed the progress made so far.

दिल्ली सरकार 15 नवंबर से विंटर एक्शन प्लान के अंतर्गत राजधानी में ढाई सौ नए अस्थायी शेल्टर होम तैयार करेगी। ये अस्थाई शेल्टर होम, दिल्ली के 197 स्थायी शेल्टर होम्स के अतिरिक्त होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में बताया कि यह शेल्टर ठंड के मौसम में हर जरूरतमंद को सुरक्षित आश्रय और गरिमा के साथ रहने की सुविधा सुनिश्चित करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि सभी शेल्टर होम्स की 24 घंटे ऑनलाइन मॉनिटरिंग की व्यवस्था भी की गई है ताकि सुविधाएँ सुचारू रूप से संचालित हो सके।
