संशो प्रधानमंत्री-बजट

 

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कल – 1 फरवरी को पेश किए गए बजट को भारत की प्रगति के लिए परिवर्तनकारी बताया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस बजट से विकसित भारत की यात्रा को गति मिलेगी। श्री मोदी ने कहा कि यह बजट कृत्रिम मेधा, खिलौना उत्‍पादन, कृषि क्षेत्र, फुटवियर, खाद्य प्रसंस्करण और गिग अर्थव्यवस्था सहित कई क्षेत्रों में नवाचार, उद्यमिता और सतत विकास का मार्ग प्रशस्त करता है। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे बचत, निवेश, खपत और विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि 12 लाख रुपये तक की आय को कर मुक्त करने से मध्यम वर्ग को बहुत लाभ होगा।

वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारामन ने कहा है कि केंद्रीय बजट कृषि, ग्रामीण समृद्धि तथा शहरी विकास पर केंद्रित है और इसमें लगातार सुधारों पर जोर दिया गया है। नई दिल्ली में संवददाताओं से बातचीत में वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि बजट में भारत के विकसित भारत की ओर बढ़ने के बारे में कई प्रावधान किए गए हैं।

BUDGET-REACTIONS

 

The Union Budget 2025-26, presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, has received a positive response across various sectors, with businesses, industry experts, economists, and the common people praising the government’s proposals for tax relief to middle class, fostering innovation, and promoting skills development.

 

The Union Budget was tabled in the Lok Sabha by Finance Minister Sitharaman yesterday. In a major relief to the middle class, the finance minister announced income tax exemption for people earning upto 12 lakh rupees per annum. Adding the standard deduction of 75 thousand rupees for salaried class, the income of 12 lakh 75 thousand per annum will not be taxed. Ms. Sitharaman also introduced new Income-Tax slabs in new regime of taxation. Several other measures were announced to boost higher education, skill development and innovation.

 

SBI Chairman CS Setty said, the Union Budget reaffirmed India as an innovation and knowledge-centric economy with a slew of reforms across agriculture, MSME, export centricity, education and healthcare, and balancing skills and AI.

 

Talking exclusively to Akashvani News, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) President Harsha Vardhan Agarwal said, the budget proposals will re-energise the economy by lifting the sentiments of the middle class and nudging the private sector to advance its investment plans as demand improves across sectors.

 

Mr. Agarwal said that the continuation in the CAPEX is a good sign. He said initiatives in the area of footwear, leather sector and tourism will help in boosting employment.

 

The budget was also hailed by the economists in North Eastern part of the country. Head of the Department of Economics in Assam Central University, Prof Rittik Majumdar termed the budget as pro-middle class. Prof. Majumdar also lauded the tax relief provided to lower income taxpayers.

 

Leading automotive industry associations described Union Budget as progressive and growth-oriented,with potential to boost vehicle sales through increased consumer spending and manufacturing support.

 

The Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA) and Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) both emphasized the benefits of the budget’s focus on middle-class tax relief, rural prosperity, and manufacturing sector support for the automotive sector.

 

Gems and jewelry industry has welcomed the government’s move to reduce the basic customs duty on platinum findings and slashing of jewelry duty in the Union Budget 2025-26.

 

Common people also found the budget promising as it focuses on the middle class, employment, infrastructure, exports, and tourism. Talking to Akashvani News, a working professional in the medical industry from New Delhi, Vivek said that the revised income tax slab will help the middle class.

छत्तीसगढ माओवादी

 

छत्तीसगढ के बीजापुर जिले में कल सुरक्षा बलों के साथ मुठभेड में आठ माओवादी मारे गए। पुलिस के अनुसार जिले के गंगलूर क्षेत्र में माओवादियों के होने का खुफिया सुराग मिलने के बाद सुरक्षा बलों की संयुक्‍त टीम ने तलाशी अभियान  शुरू किया। दोनों ओर से गोलीबारी के बाद घटना स्‍थल से आठ नक्‍सलियों के शव तथा राइफल और हथगोले बरामद हुए। अंतिम समाचार मिलने तक इलाके में तलाशी अभियान जारी है।

US IMPOSES TARIFFS

 

US President Donald Trump has imposed tariffs on imports from Mexico, Canada, and China. President Trump signed three executive orders last night, issuing tariffs on the US’ top three trading partners. One executive order places 25 percent tariffs on goods from Mexico, while another installs 25 percent tariffs on goods from Canada and a 10 percent tariffs on Canadian energy sources. A third executive order levies an additional 10 percent tariffs on imports from China. In a social media post, the US President said that he is taking the action in an effort to address the illegal flow of drugs and immigrants across the United States’ northern and southern borders.

 

Earlier on Friday, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said that US will be leveling tariffs on Mexico, Canada and China for allowing distribution of the illegal fentanyl into US which has killed tens of millions of Americans.

Inaugurating the event, the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of health and family welfare Supriya Sahu said the idea is to bring all mental health organisations in the city under one roof. The event focuses on youth mental health and dementia. In the mela stalls showcase resources such as counselling booths, vocational skill training for those with mental illnesses and information on government benefits and schemes. The mela also has sensitization stalls on how the media should be reporting mental health, portrayal of mental health in movies, legal aspects and rights of individuals. The timings are from 11 am to 7 pm and the event concludes today.

Hampi Utsav that celebrates the culture and heritage will be held from February 28th to March 2nd in Karnataka. The annual cultural extravaganza is held in Hampi, which was once the magnificent capital during the Vijayanagar Empire. Set against the stunning ruins of Hampi, the festival will feature a variety of cultural activities that includes traditional music, dance and theater performances. On the sidelines, rock climbing, rural sports, photography exhibition with handicrafts display and local cuisine selling eat outs provide the audience with a rare experience.   The Deputy Commissioner of Vijayanagar district M S Diwakar solicited active participation from the local residents of Kamalpura and Malapanagudi towns as every year. He thanked the farmers for providing their agricultural fields for the festival venue, for the visitors to park their vehicles and to create temporary facilities for the tourists. He welcomed the farmers and their families to come in large numbers to witness the festivities and various cultural programmes.

Union Minister for Coal and Mines and Telangana BJP President Kishan Reddy praised the Union Budget 2025-26, calling it a ‘Dream Budget’ that strikes the right balance across all sections of society, with a special focus on the welfare of the poor, middle class, and farmers.

In a statement, Mr Reddy highlighted the decision to increase the personal income tax bracket to 12 lakh rupees, calling it a significant move to benefit the middle class.

दिल्‍ली विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए प्रचार कल शाम समाप्‍त हो जाएगा। प्रमुख राजनीतिक दल चुनाव को अपने पक्ष में करने के लिए पूरी क्षमता से प्रचार में जुटे हैं। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के वरिष्‍ठ नेता और प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्‍द्र मोदी आज दोपहर आर. के. पुरम में एक जनसभा को संबोधित करेंगे। पार्टी नेता और केंद्रीय मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह राजेन्‍द्र नगर, चांदनी चौक और लक्ष्‍मी नगर में रैलियां करेंगे। वरिष्‍ठ पार्टी नेता और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कल दिल्‍ली में कई रैलियां की। उन्‍होंने आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार पर शराब और जल बोर्ड घोटाले सहित हजारों करोड रूपये के घोटालों में शामिल होने का आरोप लगाया। उत्‍तराखंड के मुख्‍यमंत्री पुष्‍कर सिंह धामी ने भी कल द्वारका में चुनाव रैली की।

दिल्ली के सभी 70 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में घर से वोट डालने की सुविधा का बड़े उत्साह के साथ उपयोग किया जा रहा है। दिल्ली के मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी ने एक बयान में कहा कि यह सुविधा 85 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के वरिष्ठ जन और दिव्यांग मतदाताओं के लिए 4 फरवरी तक उपलब्ध है।

दिल्‍ली नगर-निगम ने मतदाताओं की सहायता के लिए एक नया एप लॉन्‍च किया है। इस एप का उद्देश्‍य मतदाताओं को अपने-अपने मतदान केंद्रों तक आसानी से पहुंचने में सहायता करना है। निगम के आई टी निदेशक दिलखुश मीणा ने बताया है कि निगम का लक्ष्‍य प्रौद्योगिकी के माध्‍यम से वास्‍तविक समय मतदाताओं को सुविधा प्रदान करना है।

दिल्‍ली – पुलिस

 

दिल्‍ली विधानसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर राजधानी में लागू आदर्श आचार संहिता के उल्‍लंघन के मामलों में दिल्‍ली पुलिस ने अब तक एक हजार पांच मामले दर्ज किए हैं। पुलिस ने 436 गैर लाईसेंसी हथियार और 492 अवैध कारतूस बरामद किए हैं। पुलिस के अनुसार, लगभग एक लाख लीटर से अधिक शराब, करीब 77 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के लगभग 170 किलोग्राम मादक पदार्थ और 10 करोड़ से अधिक की नकदी जब्‍त की गई हैं। पुलिस ने बताया कि 7 जनवरी से अभी तक 29 हजार से अधिक लोगों को ऐहतियात के तौर पर तथा आबकारी कानून के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत गिरफ्तार किया गया है। दिल्‍ली में स्‍वतंत्र, निष्‍पक्ष और शांतिपूर्ण विधानसभा चुनाव सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पुलिस द्वारा राजधानी के विभिन्‍न हिस्‍सों में विशेष छापेमारी अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।

कोलकाता सहित पश्चिम बंगाल के आम लोगों ने भी बजट का स्वागत किया है। बारह लाख रुपये तक की आय पर कर की दर शून्य किये जाने से राज्य के वेतनभोगी लोग खुश हैं। काम करने वाले लोग उनके लिए घोषणा से खुश हैं। विभिन्न व्यापार और वाणिज्य निकायों ने भी बजट का स्वागत किया है क्योंकि आम आदमी के हाथ में अधिक पैसा होगा। तृणमूल कांग्रेस ने कहा कि यह बजट जन हितैषी नहीं है और इसमें रोजगार सृजन के लिए कुछ नहीं किया गया है। प्रदेश भाजपा ने केंद्रीय बजट का स्वागत किया है। स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सेवाओं को उल्लेखनीय बढ़ावा मिलेगा और जिलों में नए कैंसर उपचार केंद्र बनाए जाएंगे।

आचार्य चतुरसेन शास्त्री

 

इस क्रम में सबसे पहले स्‍मरण कर रहे हैं हिन्दी साहित्य के महान् उपन्यासकार आचार्य चतुरसेन शास्त्री का। शास्‍त्री जी निधन का निधन आज ही के दिन 1960) में हुआ था। ऐतिहासिक घटनाओं पर आधारित आचार्य चतुरसेन के उपन्यास रोचक और दिल को छूने वाले होते है। आचार्य जी की प्रमुख रचनाओं की बात करें तो – ‘गोली’, ‘सोमनाथ’, ‘वयं रक्षाम:’ और ‘वैशाली की नगरवधू’ ऐसी रचनाएं हैं जिन्‍हें पाठकों का बहुत प्‍यार म‍िला और आज भी यह लोकप्रिय हैं। चतुरसेन शास्त्री ने उपन्यासों के अलावा लगभग साढ़े चार सौ कहानियाँ लिखी।

श्रीधर वेंकटेश केलकर

 

अब स्‍मरण प्रसिद्ध मराठी विश्वकोश के संपादक श्रीधर वेंकटेश केलकर का, जिनका जन्म – 2 फरवरी, 1884, नागपुर, में हुआ था! मराठी विश्वकोश को मूर्तरूप देने के लिये उन्होंने 1914 में एक लिमिटेड कंपनी बनाकर नागपुर से यह कार्य आरंभ किया। परंतु संपादन व्यवस्था, मुद्रण, प्रकाशन और ग्राहक बनाने तक का सब काम स्वयं ही किया। 1914 में श्रीधर वेंकटेश केलकर ने कांग्रेस के मद्रास अधिवेशन में भाग लिया और भाषा के आधार पर प्रदेशों के निर्माण की मांग की। इनकी अन्‍य रचनाओं में शामिल हैं- आशावादी, गांवसासू, गोंडवनातील प्रियंवदा, परागंदा, ब्राह्मणकन्या, भटक्या, विचक्षणा आदि।

Bertrand Arthur William Russell, 3rd Earl Russell, OM, FRS (18 May 1872 – 2 February 1970) was a British philosopher, logician, mathematician, and public intellectual. He had influence on mathematics, logic, set theory, and various areas of analytic philosophy. He was one of the early 20th century’s prominent logicians and a founder of analytic philosophy, along with his predecessor Gottlob Frege, his friend and colleague G. E. Moore, and his student and protégé Ludwig Wittgenstein. Russell with Moore led the British “revolt against idealism”. Together with his former teacher A. N. Whitehead, Russell wrote Principia Mathematica, a milestone in the development of classical logic and a major attempt to reduce the whole of mathematics to logic (see logicism). Russell’s article “On Denoting” has been considered a “paradigm of philosophy”. Russell was a pacifist who championed anti-imperialism and chaired the India League.

 

He was also the recipient of the De Morgan Medal (1932), Sylvester Medal (1934), Kalinga Prize (1957), and Jerusalem Prize (1963).

गोविंद शंकर कुरुप का जन्म- 5 जून, 1901, नायत्तोट, केरल में हुआ था। ‘ज्ञानपीठ पुरस्कार’ से सम्मानित मलयाली भाषा के एक प्रसिद्ध साहित्यकार थे। उन्होंने कोचीन राज्य की ‘पंडित’ परीक्षा पास करके अध्यापन की योग्यता प्राप्त की थी। उसके बाद दो वर्ष तक वे यहाँ-वहाँ अध्यापन कार्य भी करते रहे थे। ‘महाकवि’ गोविंद शंकर कुरुप की 40 से अधिक मौलिक और अनूदित कृतियाँ प्रकाशित हो चुकी हैं।

खुशवंत सिंह

 

‘पद्म भूषण’ (1974) और ‘पद्म विभूषण’ (2007) जैसे अलंकरणों से सम्मानित सुप्रसिद्ध पत्रकार, लेखक, उपन्यासकार और इतिहासकार खुशवंत सिंह का स्‍मरण। 2 फ़रवरी, 1915 को जन्‍मे खुशवंत सिंह को पत्रकार के रूप में अपार लोकप्रियता मिली। ‘भारत सरकार’ के ‘विदेश मन्त्रालय’ में विदेश सेवा पद पर खुशवंत सिंह ने कार्य किया है। खुशवंत सिंह ने कई अमूल्य रचनाएँ अपने पाठकों को प्रदान की हैं। वर्ष 1980 से 1986 तक वे राज्य सभा के मनोनीत सदस्य भी रहे। इनकी मुख्य रचनाओं में शामिल हैं:- ‘डेल्ही’, ‘ट्रेन टू पाकिस्तान’, ‘द कंपनी ऑफ़ वूमन’ तथा ‘सिक्खों का इतिहास’ आदि।

 

Khushwant Singh FKC (born Khushal Singh, 2 February 1915 – 20 March 2014) was an Indian author, lawyer, diplomat, journalist and politician. His experience in the 1947 Partition of India inspired him to write Train to Pakistan in 1956 (made into film in 1998), which became his most well-known novel. Born in Punjab, Khushwant Singh was educated in Modern School, New Delhi, St. Stephen’s College, and graduated from Government College, Lahore. He studied at King’s College London and was awarded an LL.B. from University of London. He was called to the bar at the London Inner Temple. After working as a lawyer in Lahore High Court for eight years, he joined the Indian Foreign Service upon the Independence of India from British Empire in 1947. He was appointed journalist in the All India Radio in 1951, and then moved to the Department of Mass Communications of UNESCO at Paris in 1956.

अब बात उत्तराखंड के जाने माने लोकगायक बात जीत सिंह नेगी की। जो ऐसे पहले लोकगायक थे, जिनके गीतों का ग्रामोफोन रिकॉर्ड 1949 में जारी हुआ। आपका जन्म- 2 फ़रवरी, 1925; में हुआ था। जीत सिंह नेगी ने दो हिंदी फिल्मों में भी बतौर सहायक निर्देशक कार्य किया। वह संगीतकार और रंगकर्मी भी थे। वह पहले ऐसे गढ़वाली लोकगायक भी थे जिनके गीतों का आकाशवाणी से प्रसारण हुआ।

रमेश देव

 

अब बात जाने माने चरित्र और फ़िल्म अभिनेता रमेश देव। इस चर्चित कलाकार की आज पुण्‍य तिथ‍ि है। महाराष्ट्र के कोल्‍हापुर में 30 जनवरी 1929 को जन्‍मे रमेश देव का परिवार मूल रूप से जोधपुर का रहने वाला था। इनके दादा और पर दादा इंजीनियर थे जिन्‍होंने जोधपुर महल के निर्माण में अपनी महत्‍वपूर्ण भूमिकाएं निभाईं। इसके बाद छत्रपति साहू महाराज ने कोल्‍हापुर नगर के निर्माण के लिए उन्‍हें कोल्‍हापुर बुलाया। इनके पिता कोल्‍हापुर में न्‍यायाधीश रहे। इसे कहते हैं नियति। जो आपको जहां जाना है उसके लिए रास्‍ते बना ही देती है। रमेश देव ने फ़िल्म ‘आरती’ से हिन्दी सिनेमा में कॅरियर की शुरुआत की। अपने लंबे फ़िल्मी कॅरियर में रमेश देव ने कई बड़े स्टार्स के साथ काम किया और अपने अभिनय के बल पर मराठी फ़िल्मों से लेकर बॉलीवुड तक में अपना मुकाम बनाया। सहायक कलाकार के रूप में रमेश देव ने ‘सोने पर सुहागा’, ‘कुदरत का कानून’, ‘इलजाम’, ‘पत्थर दिल’, ‘हम नौजवान’, ‘कर्मयुद्ध’, ‘आखिरी दांव’, ‘प्रेम नगर’, ‘कोरा कागज’ जैसी कई फ़िल्मों में शानदार अभिनय किया।
