इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय ने आज नई दिल्ली के भारत मंडपम में आयोजित इंडिया एआई इम्पैक्ट समिट के मद्देनजर एक सामान्य परामर्श जारी किया है। इसमें पंजीकृत प्रतिनिधियों के लिए संशोधित प्रवेश और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था का उल्लेख किया गया है। परामर्श के अनुसार, भारत मंडपम एक्सपो एरीना, पंजीकृत और एक्सपो प्रतिनिधियों के लिए बंद रहेगा, जबकि कन्वेंशन सेंटर में प्रवेश केवल आमंत्रण द्वारा ही होगा।
मंत्रालय ने स्पष्ट किया कि उद्घाटन समारोह के लिए मान्य बैज रखने वाले आमंत्रित व्यक्तियों को सुबह 6 बजे से गेट नंबर 4 या गेट नंबर 10 से प्रवेश की अनुमति दी जाएगी। उन्हें सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के मद्देनजर समय से पहले पहुंचने और सुबह साढ़े सात बजे से पहले प्रवेश करने की सलाह दी गई है। लेवल 3 प्लेनरी हॉल में बैठने की व्यवस्था पहले आओ, पहले पाओ के आधार पर होगी। वाहन पास वाले आमंत्रित व्यक्ति गेट नंबर-1 से प्रवेश कर सकते हैं।
यह भी बताया गया है कि गेट नंबर 5A को सुबह साढ़े सात बजे तक और फिर 11 बजे के बाद आमंत्रित मीडिया कर्मियों के लिए निर्धारित किया गया है। उद्घाटन सत्र के बाद, आमंत्रित व्यक्ति लेवल 3 पर अन्य निर्धारित सत्रों में भाग ले सकते हैं या फूड कोर्ट या एआई इम्पैक्ट एक्सपो एरिना जा सकते हैं।

In a statement, the company informed that through their collaborative infrastructure initiative named America-India Connect, a new international subsea gateway will be established in Vizag.
