केंद्रीय कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान आज सदन में विकसित भारत- रोजगार और आजीविका मिशन (ग्रामीण) की गारंटी: विकसित भारत – ग्राम कल्याण विधेयक 2025 पर चर्चा का जवाब देंगे। लोकसभा में कल देर रात तक इस विधेयक पर चर्चा पूरी होने तक बैठक जारी रही।
नया अधिनियम बीस साल पुराने महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम, 2005 का स्थान लेगा। विधेयक का उद्देश्य वर्ष 2047 तक विकसित भारत की राष्ट्रीय भविष्य योजना के अनुरूप ग्रामीण विकास ढांचा स्थापित करना है। योजना के तहत श्रमिकों को दी जाने वाली राशि के लिए केंद्र सरकार 60 प्रतिशत और राज्य सरकार 40 प्रतिशत का योगदान देगी। पूर्वोत्तर और हिमालयी राज्यों में यह अनुपात 90 और 10 प्रतिशत का होगा।
राज्य सरकार बेरोजगारी भत्ता और मुआवजा देना जारी रखेगी। लोकसभा में विकसित भारत-जी राम जी विधेयक पेश करते हुए कृषि और किसान कल्याण मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि यह विधेयक गांवों में विकास सुनिश्चित करेगा।
चर्चा की शुरुआत करते हुए कांग्रेस सांसद जय प्रकाश ने कहा कि यूपीए सरकार के दौरान जब राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी विधेयक संसद में पेश किया गया था, तब भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने इसका विरोध किया था। अन्य राजनीतिक दलों के नेताओं ने भी चर्चा में भाग लिया।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Muscat yesterday evening on a two-day visit to Oman in the last leg of his three-nation tour. He reached Oman after completing his successful visits to Jordan and Ethiopia. At the Muscat airport, Mr Modi was received by Oman’s Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said. They had discussions on strengthening India-Oman cooperation in various fields and advancing the strategic partnership. The Prime Minister is visiting the friendly nation on the invitation of the Head of State of the Sultanate of Oman, Sultan Haitham bin Tarik. Mr Modi will hold talks with Sultan of Oman today. India and Oman will sign a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), a Free Trade Agreement. Our correspondent covering the Prime Minister’s visit to Oman has filed this report:
“After reaching at the hotel in Muscat, the Prime Minister was accorded a warm welcome by the members of India diaspora including children who presented various dances, like Omani Traditional Dance, Blend of Indian classical – Kuchipudi and Kathak, Rajasthan’s Ghoomer, Karnataka’s Folk Dance – Yakshana and others. The members of the Indian community both young and old, cheered Prime Minister Modi with ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai and ‘Vande Mataram’.

During his two-day visit, besides meeting the Sultan of Oman at his palace, the Prime Minister will address business leaders from both countries at a business forum. He will also be interacting with students and members of the Indian community. This visit is of great significance as it will further deepen ties with a longstanding and historical partner especially in the year when India and Oman are celebrating the 70th anniversary of the establishment of their diplomatic relations. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली में वायु प्रदूषण रोकने के लिए चलाए जा रहे बहुआयामी अभियान के अंतर्गत दिल्ली सरकार आज से पीयूसी नहीं तो ईंधन नहीं नियम का सख्ती से पालन शुरू करेगी। दिल्ली के पर्यावरण मंत्री मनजिंदर सिंह सिरसा ने एजेंसियों, पेट्रोल पंप संचालकों और पुलिस को पहले दिन से ही अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कड़े निर्देश जारी किए है। प्रदूषण नियंत्रण के वैध प्रमाण पत्र के बिना वाहनों को पूरी दिल्ली में पेट्रोल पंपों पर ईंधन नहीं दिया जाएगा। दिल्ली के बाहर पंजीकृत गैर-बीएस सिक्स श्रेणी के वाहनों को भी शहर में प्रवेश नही करने दिया जाएगा। इसके लिए सीमा चौकियों सहित 126 जांच चौकियों पर 580 पुलिसकर्मी 37 प्रखर वैन के साथ तैनात रहेंगे।

Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Dr L Murugan has said that OTT content will continue to remain outside the jurisdiction of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). In a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha, Dr Murugan said that OTT content is regulated under the provisions of Part III of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. He said, the Code of Ethics requires OTT platforms to avoid publishing content prohibited by law and undertake age-based classification of content as per the guidelines in the Rules.

The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence sleuths thwarted an attempt to smuggle 2.75 kg of gold worth Rs. 3.71 Crore by hiding it in dumbbells and arresting two Malaysian Nationals including a woman. Based on a tip off, DRI sleuths camped at the international arrival terminal of Chennai Airport and intercepted suspicious passengers who arrived on an IndiGo flight from Penang. The checked -in luggage of two passengers was thoroughly searched, and two pairs of dumbbells were seized from them.

दिल्ली में नगरपालिका परिषद – एनडीएमसी, एक निजी संस्था के साथ मिलकर शानिवार और रविवार को दो दिवसीय शीतकालीन गुलाब प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन करेगी। इस कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत सर्वश्रेष्ठ चुने गए गुलाबों के लिए पुरस्कार भी दिया जाएगा।
इस प्रदर्शनी में दिल्ली एनडीएमसी के साथ ही पीजीआई चंडीगढ़, भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान -पूसा, और बाहर से आए अन्य संस्थान अपने सबसे अच्छे गुलाब के फूलों को प्रदर्शित करेंगे।
एनडीएमसी ने बताया कि लोगों के लिए यह प्रदर्शनी शनिवार को दोपहर बारह बजे से शाम पांच बजे तक और रविवार को सुबह दस बजे से लेकर शाम चार बजे तक खुली रहेगी।

दिल्ली नगर निगम- एमसीडी ने कल दक्षिण दिल्ली के गौतम नगर में आयुष्मान आरोग्य केंद्र की शुरुआत की। एमसीडी ने एक सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस केंद्र के माध्यम से स्थानीय निवासियों को निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य जाँच, प्राथमिक उपचार, परामर्श सेवाएँ और विभिन्न सरकारी स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं की सुविधाएँ अब पास में ही उपलब्ध होंगी।

The Women and Child Development minister in Karnataka Lakshmi Hebbalkar admitted in the Karnataka Assembly yesterday that she gave wrong information to the House on payment of Gruha Lakshmi instalment of 2000 rupees to the women heads of a family. In her reply to BJP member Mahesh Tenginakayi, the minister had claimed that the government had cleared all the pending installments towards the Gruha Lakshmi scheme till August this year. The Opposition had countered that the instalments for February and March are pending. The Minister admitted that her reply on December 9 was incorrect and clarified that the two instalments for the months of February and March have not been disbursed due to an official oversight.

In Telangana, the ruling Congress-supported candidates continued their winning streak in the third and final phase of Gram Panchayat elections for the posts of Sarpanch and ward members. The final phase recorded 85.77 per cent polling yesterday. Overall, the elections witnessed as many as 1204 sarpanch and 25 thousand 551 ward members getting elected unanimously while the State Election Commission notified a total of 12 thousand 728 Sarpanch posts and 1 lakh 12 thousand 242 Ward Member posts. The elections were held in three phases during this month. Barring stray incidents of clashes between ruling Congress and BRS cadre in some districts, polling was by and large peaceful.

भिखारी ठाकुर (अंग्रेज़ी: Bhikhari Thakur, जन्म: 18 दिसम्बर 1887 बिहार – मृत्यु: 10 जुलाई, 1971) भोजपुरी के समर्थ लोक कलाकार, रंगकर्मी लोक जागरण के सन्देश वाहक, नारी विमर्श और दलित विमर्श के उद्घोषक, लोक गीत तथा भजन कीर्तन के अनन्य साधक थे। भिखारी ठाकुर बहुआयामी प्रतिभा के व्यक्ति थे। वेभिखारी ठाकुर की मातृभाषा भोजपुरी थी और उन्होंने भोजपुरी को ही अपने काव्य और नाटक की भाषा बनाया। राहुल सांकृत्यायन ने उनको ‘अनगढ़ हीरा’ कहा था तो जगदीशचंद्र माथुर ने ‘भरत मुनि की परंपरा का कलाकार’। उनको ‘भोजपुरी का शेक्सपीयर’ भी कहा गया। अपने प्रसिद्ध नाटक ‘बिदेसिया’ में भिखारी ठाकुर ने स्त्री जीवन के ऐसे प्रसंगों को अभिव्यक्ति के लिए चुना, जिन प्रसंगों से उपजने वाली पीड़ा आज भी हमारे समाज में जीवित है।

In 1993, Spielberg directed back-to-back hits with the science fiction thriller Jurassic Park, the highest-grossing film ever at the time, and the epic historical drama Schindler’s List, which has often been listed as one of the greatest films ever made. He won the Academy Award for Best Director for the latter as well as for the World War II epic Saving Private Ryan (1998). Spielberg has since directed the science fiction films A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001), Minority Report (2002), War of the Worlds (2005) and Ready Player One (2018); the historical dramas Amistad (1997), Munich (2005), War Horse (2011), Lincoln (2012), Bridge of Spies (2015) and The Post (2017); the comedies Catch Me If You Can (2002) and The Terminal (2004); the animated film The Adventures of Tintin (2011); the musical West Side Story (2021); and the family drama The Fabelmans (2022).
Spielberg co-founded Amblin Entertainment and DreamWorks Pictures, and he has served as a producer for many successful films and television series, among them Poltergeist (1982), Gremlins (1984), Back to the Future (1985), An American Tail (1986), Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988), Animaniacs (1993), Freakazoid! (1995), Twister (1996), Band of Brothers (2001) and Transformers (2007). Several of Spielberg’s works are considered among the greatest films in history, and some are among the highest-grossing films ever. Seven of his films have been inducted into the National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being “culturally, historically or aesthetically significant”.
