आर्थिक कार्य विभाग ने केंद्रीय बजट 2025-26 में की गई घोषणा पर अमल के लिए तीन वर्षीय सार्वजनिक-निजी भागीदारी परियोजना पाइपलाइन तैयार की है। इसमें बुनियादी ढांचे से जुड़े केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों, राज्यों और केंद्र-शासित प्रदेशों की आठ सौ 52 परियोजनाएं शामिल हैं। इनकी कुल लागत 17 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक है।
मंत्रालय ने कहा कि पाइपलाइन में सार्वजनिक-निजी भागीदारी वाली संभावित परियोजनाओं की शुरुआती जानकारी दी जाती है। इससे निवेशकों, विकासकर्ताओं और अन्य पक्षों के लिए बेहतर योजना और निवेश का निर्णय लेना आसान होता है।

The Supreme Court has asked the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) to identify all major sources of pollution in two weeks and suggest long-term sectoral action plans to tackle each of them in a phased manner.
A bench of CJI Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi yesterday said CAQM should bring all domain experts under one roof, hold deliberations and come out with long-term solutions, which would be implemented in phased manner so as not to hurt livelihoods, industry and the public. It said, pollution control failed because the court considered many expert views that pointed in different directions, instead of following a clear, unified plan. The court said, unfortunately CAQM’s status report is silent on several issues flagged by the court during the last hearing.

राष्ट्रीय फैशन प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान -निफ्ट में 2026-27 सत्र में फैशन डिजाइन प्रबंधन और प्रौद्योगिकी के स्नातक और स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए आवेदन अब 13 जनवरी तक किए जा सकेंगे। वस्त्र मंत्रालय के अनुसार, यह तिथि इसलिए बढ़ाई गई है ताकि कम शुल्क का लाभ और अधिक उम्मीदवारों को मिल सके।
मंत्रालय ने पिछले महीने सामान्य, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग – नॉन क्रीमी लेयर और सामान्य वर्ग के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर श्रेणी के उम्मीदवारों के लिए शुल्क 3 हजार रुपये से घटाकर 2 हजार रुपये और अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति और विकलांग उम्मीदवारों के लिए डेढ हजार रुपये से घटाकर पांच सौ रुपये करने की घोषणा की थी। 14 से 16 जनवरी के बीच विलंब शुल्क के साथ आवेदन किए जा सकेंगे।
राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण एजेंसी- एनटीए आठ फरवरी को देश भर के 102 शहरों में प्रवेश परीक्षा आयोजित करेगी।

WaveX, the startup accelerator initiative under Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, has signed an agreement to strengthen innovation, incubation and entrepreneurship in media, entertainment, broadcasting and communication technologies. The agreement has been signed with Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT), IIT Delhi to accelerate media technology entrepreneurship. Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Sanjay Jaju was present at the signing of the agreement.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Jaju said, WaveX is envisioned as a national catalyst for innovation in media and entertainment technologies.

Union Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has announced that the Indian Super League will kick off on 14 February, bringing an end to a six-month crisis that brought Indian football to a standstill.
The ISL, which used to start in September, will feature all 14 clubs, including Mohun Bagan and East bengal, which were opposed to the financial model suggested by the All India Football Federation. Mr Mandaviya made the announcement after a joint meeting involving the government, the All India Football Federation and club representatives.
The league will be played on a home-and-away basis and will feature 91 matches. Final scheduling and logistics will be worked out by the clubs in the coming weeks.

National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (NIRDPR) Director General Dr G Narendra Kumar has said the minimum wages will be fully safeguarded under the Vikasit Bharat Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) (VB-G RAM G) Act. Addressing Media Personnel at the One-day VARTALAP organised by the Press Information Bureau, Dr Narendra Kumar said, in line with India’s aspiration to become a developed nation, the Vikasit Bharat -G RAM G Act provides a clear roadmap towards achieving the national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

दिल्ली सरकार ने भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक-आरबीआई के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं। इससे पहली बार राष्ट्रीय राजधानी आरबीआई की पूर्ण बैंकिंग, नगदी प्रबंधन और ऋण ढांचे के तहत आ गई है। दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय ने कहा कि यह समझौता ज्ञापन आरबीआई को दिल्ली सरकार के बैंकर, ऋण प्रबंधक और वित्तीय एजेंट के रूप में काम करने में सक्षम बनाएगा। इसमें कहा गया है कि यह समझौता ज्ञापन राज्य विकास ऋण के ज़रिए बाजार से उधार लेने, अधिशेष धनराशि का स्वत: निवेश, पेशेवर नकदी प्रबंधन और कम लागत वाली तरलता की सुविधाओं तक पहुंच को आसान बनाएगा।

दिल्ली के बवाना में दिव्यांगजन सहायक उपकरण मूल्यांकन शिविर का आज आयोजन किया जाएगा। दिल्ली के समाज कल्याण मंत्री, रविन्द्र इंद्राज सिंह ने एक सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट में बताया कि मूल्यांकन के बाद उपकरणों का वितरण 19 जनवरी को किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इस वितरण के माध्यम से श्रवण यंत्र, व्हीलचेयर सहित आवश्यक उपकरण उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।

Bimal Roy (12 July 1909 – 7 January 1966) was an Indian film director. He is particularly noted for his realistic and socialistic films such as Do Bigha Zamin, Parineeta, Biraj Bahu, Devdas, Madhumati, Sujata, Parakh and Bandini, making him an important director of Hindi cinema. Inspired by Italian neo-realistic cinema, he made Do Bigha Zamin after watching Vittorio De Sica’s Bicycle Thieves (1948). His work is particularly known for his mise en scène which he employed to portray realism.
