नमस्कार, सुप्रभात…श्रोताओं आकाशवाणी समाचार सेवा प्रभाग के विशेष समाचार पत्रिका कार्यक्रम आज सवेरे में आज मैं हूं आपके साथ मुकेश कुमार बल। आज बसंत पंचमी का त्यौहार है। प्राचीन भारत और नेपाल में पूरे साल को जिन छह ऋतुओं में बाँटा जाता है उनमें बसंत, लोगों का सर्वाधिक प्रिय मौसम है। बसंत के आगमन से फूलों पर बहार आ जाती है, खेतों में सरसों का फूल मानों, सोने सा चमकने लगता है, जौ और गेहूँ की बालियाँ खिलने लगतीं हैं, अमराइयों में मांजर…यानि की बोर आने लगते और चहुंओर रंग-बिरंगी तितलियाँ मँडराने लगतीं हैं। भंवरे अपनी मधुर गुनगुन से पूरे वातावरण में अमृत ध्वनि सी घोलने लगते हैं। वसंत ऋतु का स्वागत करने के लिए माघ महीने के पाँचवे दिन बसंत पंचमी को विद्या की देवी सरस्वती, भगवान विष्णु और कामदेव की विशेष पूजा के साथ मनाया जाता है।

The first phase of Census 2027 – houselisting operations – will take place during a 30-day period specified by each State and Union Territory between April 1 and September 30 this year.
The enumerators will ask about the ownership status of the house, its use, the type of material used in flooring and roof, the number of rooms, and the sex of the head of the household during the survey.

आज जयंती है महान स्वतंत्रता सेनानी, सुभाष चन्द्र बोस की। महात्मा गाँधी के नमक सत्याग्रह को ‘नेपोलियन की पेरिस यात्रा’ की संज्ञा देने वाले सुभाष चंद्र बोस ऐसे व्यक्ति थे जिनके पाँव, लक्ष्य से कभी पीछे नहीं हटे। द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध के दौरान पश्चिमी शक्तियों के विरुद्ध ‘आज़ाद हिंद फ़ौज’ का नेतृत्व करने वाले बोस को नेताजी के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। अंग्रेज़ सरकार ने उन्हें ‘रायबहादुर का ख़िताब’ दिया था। सुभाष ने इंग्लैंड में जाकर आई. सी. एस. की परीक्षा पास की थी। वे चाहते तो उच्च पद पर आसीन हो सकते थे। परन्तु उनकी देश भक्ति की भावना ने उन्हें कुछ अलग करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। बोस ने नौकरी से त्याग पत्र दे दिया। सारा देश हैरान रह गया। उन्हें समझाते हुए कहा गया कि तुम जानते भी हो कि तुम लाखों भारतीयों के सरताज़ होंगे? तुम्हारे हज़ारों देशवासी तुम्हें नमन करेंगे? तब सुभाष ने कहा-
मैं लोगों पर नहीं उनके मनों पर राज्य करना चाहता हूँ। उनका हृदय सम्राट बनना चाहता हूँ।
तुम मुझे खून दो, मैं तुम्हें आजादी दूंगा। का प्रसिद्ध नारा भी नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस ने ही दिया।

नेता जी ने 21 अक्टूबर 1943 को सिंगापुर में आजाद हिंद फौज की स्थापना की। उनकी जयंती को प्रतिवर्ष पराक्रम दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है।
इस अवसर पर संस्कृति मंत्रालय आज से अंडमान-निकोबार द्वीप समूह में पराक्रम दिवस-2026 का आयोजन कर रहा है। नेता जी के जीवन और विरासत से जुड़े देश भर के 13 अन्य स्थानों पर भी यह उत्सव मनाया जाएगा। यह उत्सव उनके साहस, बलिदान और देशभक्ति की अमर विरासत को भी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करता है। मंत्रालय ने बताया है कि इस उत्सव में सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम, प्रदर्शनियां और राष्ट्रीय नाट्य विद्यालय की एक प्रस्तुति शामिल होगी। इसके अलावा, आगंतुकों को द्वीपीय व्यंजनों के समृद्ध मिश्रण का अनुभव करने और अंडमान-निकोबार द्वीप समूह की पारंपरिक हस्तशिल्प का प्रदर्शन देखने को मिलेगा। यह उत्सव रविवार तक चलेगा।

The Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya has inaugurated an exhibition highlighting the strategic importance of INS Vikrant, India’s first indigenously built aircraft carrier. The exhibition highlights INS Vikrant’s role in strengthening the nation’s defence capabilities and maritime security. Former Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral R. Hari Kumar, inaugurated the exhibition in the presence of Ashwani Lohani, Director, Prime Ministers’ Museum and Library.
“INS Vikrant represents a historic milestone as the first aircraft carrier made in India. It symbolises the country’s progress towards self-reliance in defence manufacturing under the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Built with approximately 76 per cent indigenous content, the carrier reflects India’s growing technological and industrial capability in complex defence platforms. Strategically located within the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya the display of the scale model of INS Vikrant offers visitors contextual insight into the historical, strategic, and symbolic importance safeguarding India’s national interests and enhancing defence preparedness. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony, Admiral R. Hari Kumar said that INS Vikrant marks India’s entry into a select group of nine countries globally capable of building an aircraft carrier. Lakhs of devotees thronged Sangam – a confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical river Saraswati – at Prayagraj from early morning to take a holy dip on Basant panchmi which is an important snan of Magh mela. The extension services of the Mass Rapid Train Station between Velachery and St.Thomas Mount will be opened in February. After nearly two decades, the extension services will cover about 5km and includes three stations namely Adambakkam, Puzhuthivakkam and St.Thomas Mount. The 4.5 km extension project connecting Velachery with St.Thomas Mount is now awaiting the mandatory trial run and safety clearance from the commissioner of railway safety southern circle.

Speaking at the inaugural of All India Open Universities Vice Chancellors’ Conference in Bengaluru Yesterday, Karnataka Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot observed that a developed India is built on skills, innovation and entrepreneurship. He noted that distance education must build a strong bridge from learning to earning. Skill based programmes, industry linked certification, micro credentials, apprenticeships and academic credit banks enhance employability among youth and strengthen the foundation of a self reliant India. He said a developed India by 2047 can be achieved by economic growth, social inclusion, knowledge based development and human values.

The Telangana State government has signed multiple memoranda of understanding (MOUs) and secured investment commitments worth nearly 30,000 crore rupees at the World Economic Forum 2026 in Davos. The state signed a major MoU with a prominent Indian industrial conglomerate, Rashmi Group, involving an investment of 12,500 crore rupees to set up a steel production unit in Telangana. An official release stated that the project has the potential to create around 12,000 direct and indirect jobs and significantly strengthen the state’s manufacturing ecosystem.
The state also entered into an MoU with a California-based company specialising in energy-efficient AI hardware and full-stack software solutions, Blaize, focussing on scaling its existing Research and Development centre in Hyderabad. Another MoU signed with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre to explore cooperation for startup development, cross-market exposure and ecosystem building.
US-based Sargad also signed an MoU with the Telangana government to invest up to 1,000 crore rupees over the next three to five years in advanced manufacturing and industrial ecosystems.

दिल्ली यातायात पुलिस ने राजधानी में आज होने वाले गणतंत्र दिवस की फुल ड्रेस रिहर्सल के लिए यातायात परामर्श जारी किया है। यातायात पुलिस के अनुसार फुल ड्रेस रिहर्सल आज सुबह 10.30 बजे विजय चौक से शुरू होगी और कर्तव्य पथ, सी-हेक्सागोन, नेताजी सुभाष चंद्र बोस की गोल चक्कर वाली प्रतिमा, तिलक मार्ग, बहादुर शाह जफर से होते हुए लाल किले पर समपन्न होगी। दिल्ली यातायात पुलिस ने यात्रियों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे नई दिल्ली, मध्य दिल्ली और दक्षिण दिल्ली आने से बचें और इसी के अनुसार अपनी यात्रा की योजना बनाएं।

दिल्ली जलबोर्ड ने कहा है कि भूमिगत जलाशय और बूस्टर पंपिंग स्टेशन की सालाना मरम्मत कार्य के कारण कल कई इलको में पानी की सप्लाई प्रभावित रहेगी। जल बोर्ड ने कहा कि राजधानी के अर्जुन पार्क, इंद्र पार्क, नंगली सकरावती, प्रेम विहार, निरंजन पार्क, नंगली विहार सहित अन्य इलाके शामिल है। जल बोर्ड ने लोगों को सलाह दी है कि वे अपनी ज़रूरत के हिसाब से पहले से पानी जमा कर लें। पानी के टैंकर टेलीफ़ोन नंबर 1916 पर उपलब्ध रहेंगे।

इसके अलावा दिल्ली जलबोर्ड ने कहा है कि हरियाणा सिंचाई और जल संसाधन विभाग द्वारा पानी की आपूर्ति में अस्थायी रुकावट के कारण, राजधानी के इलाको में पानी की सप्लाई बाधित रहेगी। जल बोर्ड ने बताया कि आपूर्ति में भारी गिरावट दर्ज होने के बाद हैदरपुर, बवाना, द्वारका और नांगलोई जैसे बड़े जल शोधन संयंत्रों में उत्पादन क्षमता काफी घट गई है। दिल्ली जलबोर्ड ने कहा है कि यह समस्या अगले महीने की चार तारीक तक बनी रह सकती है।

दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता ने कल आजादपुर मेट्रो स्टेशन परिसर में आधार सेवा केंद्र का शुभारंभ किया। श्रीमती गुप्ता ने बताया कि दिल्ली में आठ नए आधार सेवा केंद्रों को मंजूरी दी गई है, जिनमें से पांच केंद्रों का उद्घाटन एक साथ किया गया। इस अवसर पर श्रीमती गुप्ता ने कहा कि इन केन्द्रों से राजधानी में आधार सेवाएं और अधिक मजबूत होंगी।

महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस द्वारा फोरेंसिक विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला निदेशालय के अंतर्गत लंबित मामलों के निपटारे के लिए शुरू किए गए विशेष अभियान के परिणाम दिखने लगे हैं। एक आधिकारिक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार, निदेशालय के पास 1 लाख 81 हजार लंबित मामले थे, जबकि 2025 में 2 लाख 94 हजार नए मामले प्राप्त हुए थे। निदेशालय ने दिसंबर 2025 तक 3 लाख 96 हजार 879 मामलों का निपटारा किया। इससे लंबित मामलों की संख्या घटकर 79,542 रह गई।

बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम एम.सी.जी.एम ने 106 निर्माण स्थलों को काम रोकने के नोटिस जारी किए हैं, क्योंकि इन परियोजना स्थलों पर वायु गुणवत्ता सेंसर नहीं पाए गए थे। इनमें निजी भवन निर्माण परियोजनाएं, रेलवे पुल निर्माण, एस आर ए परियोजनाएं और एम एच ए डी ए आवास परियोजनाएं शामिल हैं।

आज पुण्यतिथि है भारत के प्रसिद्ध क्रांतिकारियों में से एक, नरेन्द्र मोहन सेन की।
बचपन में इन्हें विख्यात क्रांतिकारी ‘अनुशीलन समिति’ के नेता पुलिन बिहारी दास के घर पर पढ़ने का अवसर मिला और यहीं से उनके अंदर देशभक्ति की भावना जागी। ‘ढाका मेडिकल स्कूल’ में दूसरे बरस की पढ़ाई छोड़ कर नरेन्द्र ‘अनुशीलन समिति’ में शामिल हो गए। अपने साहसपूर्ण व्यवहार और कठिनतम कार्यों में आगे रहने से नरेन्द्र मोहन सेन को समिति में प्रमुखता मिली और उनका घर क्रांतिकारियों का अड्डा बन गया। वर्ष 1909 में अंग्रेज़ सरकार द्वारा समिति ग़ैर क़ानूनी घोषित कर दी गई। समिति के सदस्यों पर ‘ढाका षड़यंत्र केस’ के नाम से मुक़दमा चला। अनेक लोगों को सजाएँ हुई। इसमें नरेन्द्र मोहन सेन पुलिस के हाथ नहीं आए और वे गुप्त रूप से समिति की गतिविधियाँ चलाते रहे। नरेन्द्र मोहन सेन ने समिति के काम को आगे बढ़ाया और समिति की शाखाएँ आसाम, मुंबई, बिहार, उत्तर प्रदेश, पंजाब तक खोली गईं। इन्होंने 1911 में क्रांतिकारियों को रूस, जर्मनी और अन्य देशों में भेजने की योजना भी बनाई। कृषि फ़ॉर्म खोल कर उसके अंदर कार्यकर्ताओं को हथियार चलाने का प्रशिक्षण दिया। र्ष 1913 ई. में ‘बारीसाल षड़यंत्र केस’ में नरेन्द्र मोहन सेन गिरफ़्तार कर लिए गए, लेकिन पुलिस उन्हें सजा नहीं दिला पाई। इस पर 1914 में उन्हें नजरबंद कर लिया गया। उसके बाद गिरफ़्तारी और भारत तथा बर्मा की जेलों में बंद रहने का क्रम चलता रहा।

आज पुण्यतिथि है भारतीय समाजसेवी, गाँधीजी के विचारों के अनुयायी और लेखक अमिय कुमार दास की। असहयोग आंदोलन, व्यक्तिगत सत्याग्रह और भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन में उन्होंने बढ़-चढ़ कर भाग लिया। इस दौरान वे कई बार जेल भी गए। वे संविधान सभा के भी सदस्य थे। 1949 में उन्होंने जिनेवा में आयोजित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय श्रम संगठन के अधिवेशन में भारत के प्रतिनिधि मंडल का नेतृव्य किया। अमिय कुमार दास अच्छे लेखक भी थे। उन्होंने गाँधीजी की आत्मकथा ‘सत्य के प्रयोग’ का असमिया भाषा में अनुवाद किया। गाँधीजी से सम्बंधित कुछ अन्य ग्रंथों की रचना भी उन्होंने की। 1963 में भारत सरकार ने उन्हें समाज में उनके योगदान के लिए पद्म भूषण से सम्मानित किया।

आज जयंती है मातृभूमि पर मर – मिटने वाले एक और भारतीय क्रांतिकारी, वीर सुरेन्द्र साई की। वह 16वीं शताब्दी में चौहान वंश के संबलपुर के महाराजा मधुकर साई के वंशज थे।
वीर सुरेंद्र साई ने 1857 के विद्रोह से पहले ही विदेशी शासन के खिलाफ लड़ाई शुरू कर दी थी और विद्रोह के थम जाने के बाद भी उन्होंने इसे जारी रखा। उन्होंने संबलपुर में लगभग 1500 सैनिकों की एक लड़ाकू सेना तैयार की । उन्होंने 1857 से 1862 तक अंग्रेज़ों के खिलाफ गुरिल्ला युद्ध जारी रखा। अंग्रेज़ों ने उन्हें पकड़ने के लिए हर हथकंडा अपनाया, किन्तु उन्हें रोक नहीं पाए। सन 1837 में वीर सुरेंद्र साई, उदन्त साय, बलराम सिंह तथा लखनपुर के जमींदार बलभद्र देव मिलकर डेब्रीगढ़ में कुछ विचार-विमर्श कर रहे थे कि अंग्रेज़ों ने वहाँ अचानक धावा बोल दिया। उन्होंने बलभद्र देव की वहीं निर्ममता से हत्या कर दी; पर शेष तीनों लोग बचने में सफल हो गये। इस हमले के बाद भी इनकी गतिविधियाँ चलती रहीं। अंग्रेज़ भी इनके पीछे लगे रहे। उन्होंने कुछ जासूस भी इनको पकड़ने के लिए लगा रखे थे। ऐसे ही देशद्रोहियों की सूचना पर 1840 में वीर सुरेंद्र साई, उदन्त साय तथा बलराम सिंह अंग्रेज़ों की गिरफ्त में आ गये। तीनों को आजन्म कारावास का दण्ड देकर हजारीबाग जेल में डाल दिया गया।
