The Budget Session of Arunachal Pradesh Assembly will begin today. This will mark the first budget presentation by the Pema Khandu-led state government after returning to power again.

The state budget for the fiscal year 2024-25 will be presented by Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, who also holds the finance portfolio. He is likely to present the budget on July 24. This session will consist of six sittings and conclude on July 26.
