The Frontier Headquarters, Border Security Force (BSF) Jammu, is organizing a two-day Marathon Expo as part of the preparations for the much-awaited Jammu BSF Marathon 2025. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that the expo will be held on November 7 and 8 from 12 noon to 5 PM at the Shaheed Veer Dev Stadium, at Paloura, Jammu. The event aims to bring together participants, sports brands, and fitness enthusiasts to celebrate the spirit of fitness and patriotism ahead of the mega marathon. During the expo, registered runners will collect their bib numbers and official T-shirts, while visitors can explore sports gear exhibits and enjoy live band performances, reflecting the enthusiasm and energy of BSF and the people of Jammu.

 

All participants must collect their kits on November 7-8 between 12 noon and 5 PM, as no bibs or T-shirts will be issued on race day (November 9). Runners are required to carry their registration confirmation and valid ID proof for verification. The Jammu BSF Marathon 2025 will be held on November 9 at Shaheed Veer Dev Stadium, BSF Paloura, with Full Marathon (42.195 km) at 5 AM, Half Marathon (21.097 km) at 6 AM, 10 km Run at 7 AM and 5 km “Run for Fun” at 08 AM. Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty has extended his support to the event and appealed to all Indians to participate in the Jammu BSF Marathon.

 

He urged people to “run for fitness, unity, and the spirit of BSF,” spreading a powerful call for national pride and togetherness.
