A meeting with Booth Level Agents (BLAs) of all recognised national and state political parties was held at Puducherry yesterday. The agents were briefed in detail on the process of the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. BLAs who could not attend the earlier session also participated and clarified their queries.

 

 

As part of the ongoing revision exercise, Booth Level Officers have been conducting house-to-house visits over the past four days, distributing enumeration forms to voters. They have been instructed to revisit households that might have been missed earlier and assist voters in filling out the forms correctly.

 

 

The collection of filled-in forms by Booth Level Officers will commence on Monday. Election authorities in Puducherry urged voters to avail themselves of the assistance of BLOs and submit the completed forms within the prescribed time.
