BJP to Announce First-Phase Candidates for Bihar by This Evening

 
 
BJP Bihar president Dr. Dilip Jaiswal said that the final approval has been given to the list of candidates, and the names for the first phase will be announced by this evening. Talking to media persons in Patna, Dr. Jaiswal said, the allocation of seats among the alliance partners was decided in a very cordial atmosphere. Other NDA allies, including the JD(U), are also likely to announce the names of their candidates today.
 
 
The Jan Suraj Party is also expected to release its second list of candidates today. The party has already released its first list of 51 candidates. Talking to the media in Patna, Hindustani Awam Morcha, HAM, senior leader and Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi said, Good work is being done in Bihar, and the HAM will work to strengthen the NDA alliance.
                                              
 
Meanwhile, discussions among the constituents of the Grand Alliance regarding seat sharing are still underway. Congress state president Rajesh Ram said that a decision on seat sharing has been finalised and a formal announcement will be made soon. RJD leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Yadav also said that the deadlock over ticket distribution has been resolved.
