The Bharatiya Janata Party BJP today criticised the Congress party for allegedly supporting the Bangladeshi infiltrators for years. Briefing the media in New Delhi, BJP Spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala, said that during the UPA era, the work of settling crores of infiltrators in the country was carried out. He said that in a recent congress meeting in Assam, one of its leaders was seen singing the national anthem of Bangladesh. 

 

 

 

 

 

Mr Poonawala also slammed the Trinamool Congress for protecting those who indulge in violence, riot and create jungle raj in West Bengal. Commenting on the statements of TMC leaders on Special Intensive Revision SIR, the BJP Spokesperson said, TMC leaders want to get infiltrators on the voter list and prevent an electoral roll that contains only rightful and legal voters.
