Bihar Launches Welfare Schemes, Cleanliness Drives to Mark PM Modi’s 75th Birthday

On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, several programs under the Seva Parv began in Bihar today. Various departments of the state government and Centre organized initiatives such as Swachhta Hi Seva (Cleanliness is Service), tree plantation drives, and the Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar (Healthy Woman, Empowered Family) program.
 
 
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar joined the Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar program via video conferencing from Patna. On this occasion, the Chief Minister launched the Annual Clothing Assistance Scheme for workers in the unorganized sector. Under this scheme, an amount of 5,000 rupees each was transferred to more than 16 lakh registered workers of the unorganised sector.
 
 
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar transferred funds amounting to over 802 crore rupees. In addition, the Mukhyamantri Pratigya Yojana was launched to provide internship opportunities to youths. Various departments also initiated the Swachhta Hi Seva campaign.
 
 
Meanwhile, BJP workers are participating in activities such as blood donation camps and campaigns to serve poor patients. The BJP is organizing programs in every district to inform people about the development works and achievements of the government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. At the BJP state headquarters, a photo exhibition has been organized showcasing the life and remarkable works of Prime Minister Modi.
