Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary criticises West Bengal govt at Parivartan Yatra

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has criticised the Trinamool Congress and the West Bengal government while addressing the BJP’s Parivartan Yatra at Malbazar of Jalpaiguri district.
 
He said that during the COVID pandemic, Prime Minister Narendra Modi ensured that no one in the country slept hungry, while leaders of the Trinamool Congress used unparliamentary language against him.
 
Mr Chaudhary also alleged that public ration was looted by members of the ruling party in the state. The Bihar Deputy Chief Minister further accused the Mamata Banerjee government of neglecting the concerns of tea garden workers and said development in North Bengal has been affected. On SIR, he said that for vote bank politics, state government is making high-voltage drama.
 
He added that if the BJP comes to power in the state, a budget allocation of fifty thousand crore rupees will be made for the development of North Bengal. Mr Chaudhary said the Parivartan Yatra aims to convey the message that the country is moving rapidly towards becoming a developed nation.
