On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day 2025, Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre (IGCC), High Commission of India, Dhaka organized a blood donation camp on Saturday. The IGCC organised the event in association with the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, at the Indian Cultural Centre, Dhaka.
Members of the Indian mission community, including senior officials and Indian Council for Cultural Relation (ICCR) scholars voluntarily donated blood to mark the observance of the day.
Similarly, the Assistant High Commissioner of India at Rajshahi also organized a blood donation campaign on the occasion, in cooperation with TMSS medical college and hospital Bogura and Khwaza Younus Medical College Sirajganj.
Indian students of the colleges and officials of AHCI voluntarily donated blood with generosity and enthusiasm.
