In squash, both the Indian girls’ and boys’ teams were eliminated from the Asian Junior Team Championship in Hong Kong this afternoon. The Indian girls’ suffered a 1-2 defeat against home favourites Hong Kong in the semifinals. Anahat Singh secured the only victory for India, while Anika Dubey and Akanksha Gupta faced defeats.

In the boys’ semifinal, India lost to Malaysia with the same 1-2 scoreline. Yusha Nafees won the opening match for India. However, Arihant Kalamangalam Sunil and S. Palanivel Ravikumar were unable to secure a spot for the Indian team in the finals.
